Here is a needle I have not seen before. The Angelus Multitone Needle that plays 25 times.... .
Depending on the placement in a reproducer chuck, provides you with soft, medium or loud.

No scratch, no blast.....

It certainly does not look friendly to a record at all.....

I was thinking to use it in my pen... :?.

Interesting side note.....George Borgfeldt was the importer of Kammer & Reinhardt dolls out of Germany. Along with other products.

I wish I could make out what has been effaced along the top of the packet.

"Use at your own risk"?
"May be used in your pen after playing record"?

By messing around in PhotoShop, I can see some of the lettering behind the blacked out portion... just can't tell what it says. If you have a bright led flashlight, put it behind the image and see if backlighting it will bring out the wording. Otherwise, if you can scan only the blacked out part at 300 dpi or higher, that might work.

"It's a phonograph needle!"

"It's a pen nib!"

"Settle down, folks - it's BOTH!!!"
