I am now offering a nice Columbia Eagle BXP for sale. The BXP is the highly polished version of the BX. I have owned several Eagles over the years and currently have 5, but as you probably know the highly polished model doesn't show up often. This example has an original 10" nickel horn that is straight and has a well shaped bell, but unfortunately much of the plating is worn. The machine itself also shows signs of wear but still displays and plays nicely. The correct Eagle reproducer has been rebuilt and sounds great. One note, the governor weights are not correct replacements for this machine but function properly. The cover and its decal are in great shape, with only typical minor veneer issues on one end.
