i want to ask you all infromations you have about this Pathé diamond....

year... price valuation... and if i can read all Pathé records or only diamond records... thank you...

beacuse i see this on a private seller's shop in the north of italy... but i think the elbow is different beacuse the horn is higher than the original model...

Hello, the diamond was possibly the last open horn machine from Pathé. Vintage: mid 1920's. You can play any vertical cut records on it like Pathé, Diamond, Aspir etc as long as you have the correct reproducer with sapphire (glass) tipped needle. Also with an elbow and a normal reproducer you can play the more usual lateral cut records.

the one pictured in France has an elbow and reproducer for normal type records, while the one on the Italy site has the Pathé style reproducer.

Thank you so much.. and what you think about The tuo different horn directions in The two link i wrote before? One horn look 45° the second horn look more orizonthal than the first.. which is The original?

The french one is in better condition. The horn on the French site machine is I think bigger than the other one and thus the angle looks different.

I think the angle on the second horn is the correct one...
