Hopefully that "shim" is Vernon Dalhart or something similar that won't be greatly missed... :mrgreen:

My latest one has no feet at all, beyond little square stumps of cheap lumber. But for $60 including delivery, what can you expect?

ps - Lay offa Vern! Make that "Henry Burr"! hehe

You beat me to it. So, how about some Billy Murray? Not Whiteman, though. All mine are in the garage propping up a car that's missing a wheel.

Considering the low serial number (1426), I'd be willing to bet that it does have a brass reproducer. Sweet indeed.
