I just received a call from long time collector and friend, Dona Miller, and she is selling her Kalamazoo Duplex. It's a machine that she has owned for over twenty years. The machine needs some spring work and a general cleaning. The silk is still on the horns. Please give Dona a call at 541-933-2230 with additional questions. I've seen this machine and it has potential. Some minor motor work is necessary, needs new springs, some adjustments, but all the parts are there and in good condition. The double sided reproducer has one complete horn connector and a half complete 2nd connector.

The horns are in excellent condition with the silk completely intact. The brass bells have original patina with no dents or dings. The double crane and horn bracket is also in good condition.

The surface of the cabinet needs to be freshened up but the decals are still intact and in good condition. All 4 corner pillars are present and in good condition.

Attached are some photos I took when I had it apart. Sorry, don't have any pics of the horn hardware assembled.

It is the same machine (not many of these around). Dona had me look at it and I took the pictures. I was trying to find a horn connector for it. A pretty cool machine.

I believe this machine sold today for slightly less than $3000. I tried to edit the subject line but we must lose that ability after some length of time. Jerry B.

Glad it found a good home. I know that when I talked to her she had her hopes on a LOT greater price. Now the restoration begins to restore a great machine. Whoever the buyer is, let us know how it proceeds. I for one would like to see the finished product..
