I'm buying some more machines and need to make room for them so I'm going to be listing several machines for sale. This is the first.

It is an Edison Amberola III four minute cylinder machine serial # 886. It comes with the Diamond-A reproducer and the automatic stop. The machine is identical to an Amberola (B) 1 or an Opera. The Mahogany case is a Pedestal type on four legs with lower shelf. The ornate ‘Edison Amberola Phonograph’ decal of the AMBEROLA I was retained inside the lid. The upper mechanism is maroon enamel with gilt ornamentation, the mandrel and reproducer are in oxidized copper finish. The cabinet was designed by Edward F. Pooley.
