I was curious about this one, so I looked it up on Paul Edie's site. Looks like an early Consolette:

Henry,
I zoomed-in on the photo of the serial plate, and I believe it reads "CONSOLETTE", no alpha-numerical model code, so that would support it being early, with a brass OSB.
