Remington Auto Changer phonograph..
Here is something most of the forum members have never seen....Looks nothing short of a phonograph nightmare..

This might be a dumb question, but how does the needle get changed?

Looking at the reproducer picture you can see a little thumbscrew just above the turntable felt, basically the same as most normal disc playing reproducers.

Clearly it doesn't change itself after each play! Imagine the machinery involved in that maneuver!

Heh, I meant who changes it before the next record gets played....

Never mind how the needle gets changed, how does the record get from the amazing carousel onto the turntable?
