If you don't know what it is don't post an answer on the forum.

If you can't take a joke don't pose a question on the forum.

Although just a guess on my part, this glass tray appears to be either a change tray or just a little premium given by French dealers for the French market. Hard to tell the size.

Not too sure how old. However, it is a nice display piece... :).

Maybe if I wanted to joke around I should join the Comedy Forum.

Larry, I think it is a premium given away by a dealer in France to promote HMV over there. I think the new owner could use it for whatever function they want. Premiums ave very common here in the USA. RCA gave away a lot of premiums back in the day.

At least try for a descriptive thread title instead of making people click on mystery threads. Not funny at all.
