Columbia Q governor spring measurements?

Hello all
Does anyone know the measurements of the Columbia Q governor springs? I need new springs for a European phonograph which is partly modeled on Columbia open works machines, but I don't know if Columbia matches or not. The size of the springs I need are 1.9365" long, 0.1690 wide, hole at one end is 0.080, hole in center is 0.080, hole at other end is 0.088 wide and 0.118 long. The thickness is .007". I have someone that can make them, but I was wondering if the Columbia springs are anywhere near that.
