I heard about someone making new resin cylinders in either 2 or 4 min. Was there a thread on this Forum? If not, does anyone know makes them?

I know Vulcan makes cylinders, and there's Berlin Phonograph Works, as well.

Berlin:

Kinda pricey for my taste but if I had money I'd def be into that.

Harvey, you mean blanks, don't you?
Shawn Borri and The Victrola Guy (not Walt Sommers) are the only ones that I've heard of and I don't know if they are "indestructable" cylinders.

I think Harvey is referring to resin pre-recorded copies of cylinders... the wax blanks that Shawn Borri makes are historically accurate brown wax blank cylinders, not resin.

Yes, I am talking about pre-recorded resin cylinders. A buddy of mine is looking for them and to make custom ones.

I have purchased a bunch from Vulcan. Top notch quality recordings. I have the death metal cylinder as well. Very cool content. Great bass.

Don't forget "Edisonia" - One of the best.. Decent prices too when compared to the others.
