Help Needed at Union

I wasn't sure where to post this...
The presentations sponsored by the Antique Phonograph Society at Union on Friday June 12 will be videotaped as usual. But this year the organization wants to improve the quality of the recordings, so video cameras and lights have been rented, along with wireless wearable microphones and other equipment.
Question: Will there be any attendees on Friday who have AV expertise who would be willing to offer advice?
