Winter was a good time to make some videos, now I have a few copies of things that are somewhat better than the others which I never put up. This Selection by Dave Harmans band is one that always has intrigued me due to its odd tonal play especially towards the end. Still don't have a new camera but hopefully by winter I will and can redo many of these videos I have up using a directional microphone and adjustable volume control. I was watching an old video on the net one night and there actually was a "Club" by the name of this piece, I wonder if that is what is original idea came from?

Great stuff; technically, it's got just about everything: rapid shift between major and minor, a touch of whole-tone scale, diminished seventh chords, sudden change of tonal centers (modulation), blah, blah, blah. Most unusual! Good cornet (trumpet?) and trombone solos, too. Thanks for posting!
