This will be George Formby Senior (1875-1921) who was famous in his day, but not as well remembered now as his son George (1904-1961) who still has a strong following in the UK.

Formby Senior was contracted to Zonophone in 1907 and made about 200 recordings. I have no idea as to value, but if you can post a picture of your label I may be able to date it.

Zonophone Serial 2014 was released in about 1919, making it one of the last to bear "The Twin" label. From about 1920 the label was simplified to "Zonophone".

Recent "sold" listings on UK eBay ranged between £9 and £16 which surprised me, but then I am not a collector of music hall records.
