Larry, as a long time forum member, try contacting the member "long_island_phono" in the "music" section on this subject.

Although, you already posted on one of those threads under one of your many user names ...."Kumbo1899".... :?.

Just curious..... How many user names are we allowed to have on this forum anyway..??.

The man is trying to get information about Polyphone cylinders and the Chicago Talking Machine Company. He is not looking to buy yet. He's new to the Forum, so cut him some slack. Let's leave the snarky comments out of this. If anyone has any information, lets help him out. I would like to know about about Polyphone cylinders and the Chicago Talking Machine Company. Lets keep this Forum a safe place to help each other out, buy/sell, and ask questions without snarky comments.

Thanks gramophone78,
I am just reaching out in different forums asking similar, but different questions. Trying to see what is out there in terms of items and collectors who have an interest in certain areas. I am enjoying the forum and have received some pretty excellent feedback, on and offline, to my posts.

By the way, I am Ben Hawes, not Larry Hawes. Larry is my father. I am 40 years old, really just getting into something that my Dad has been into for years. So, two different user names, two different collectors. We do appreciate all the love through. Take care and have a great weekend. Ben Hawes

Ah...I see Ben. When reading the reproducer thread in our Ebay section, it appears that both "georgedixon" and or "kumbo1899" owned it. So, it gets kind of confusing. But then I'm used to seeing your Father post as "lhawes" also.
Glad you have now made an introduction so as to avoid any further confusion and welcome.

My apologizes for the misunderstanding.....
