Hi folks,

I'm interested in obtaining a complete, untorn, original piece of grille cloth from one of the very late Edison DD Phonograph models with the pattern shown below and MUST BE IN AT LEAST VG-EX CONDITION, PLEASE.

THIS MATERIAL WAS APPARENTLY USED FOR THE SCHUBERT AND BEETHOVEN EDISONIC MODELS, AND ALL FOUR OF THE THE LONG PLAY MODELS.

I am NOT interested in any other pattern or color from any other models.

If anyone has a junk machine with the grill material still intact and in great condition, I'd like to buy it.

I think you're going to have some trouble finding original cloth. Have you tried a fabric outlet?

No, I need some for an historical examination. It's important for me to hopefully find some original material, but thanks for the suggestion. I know I'll be lucky to find it, and I'm sure it'll take some time.

No one makes reproduction cloth ??

I really need the original article for a historical study.

Hopefully this will lead to a good replication of the cloth. We need new grill clothes for these Edisons, with exacting colors and patterns of the originals.
