Hi everyone...

I bought one of these motors about a year ago, largely out of curiosity, not having seen one before. Now there is another listed on Ebay:

The seller does not know what it is either. It is very heavy and... to my mind... uniquely unattractive and clunky. Do you recognize it, and if so would you please identify for me?

I don't recognize it, but it appears to be a future art project...

It looks like it had been underwater at one time, the remaining wood looks rotten and some of the iron parts are rusted out. It is more than likely from one of the many off-brand machines.
