Edison B-19 Mute Ball

Post by Victrolacollector »

Although my Edison B-19 does not have a mute ball and they were probably not included on the B-19, I am wondering if one can be installed?

Absolutely. As with the A100, the motorplate is of the standardized Type B mechanism, and there are two tapped holes underneath that would provide for the slider control to be mounted to it easily enough, and the lower bracket for the cable will mount to the horn pivot tube in the typical manner.
