At least it looks like it happened a long time ago. Still $300 for what's left of it.

I'm glad I posted the pictures then. At least it gives a reference to what the post was about in the first place. It kind of looks like they put an off brand tone arm & motor in the cabinet. Still, it has some useful cabinet parts about it. Hopefully, whoever got it, can actually do something with it.

I'm hopeful that I bought the cabinet. I told the seller to consider it sold about four days ago. I friend, fellow Forum member, will pick it up and pay cash. I hope the seller is honest. Jerry Blais

Well good luck with it Jerry. I'm glad it's going to get to someone that will make use of it.

The seller is as honest as they get. I looked at this cabinet. Case has a large hole drilled through the right side as someone stuck a Columbia disc machine motor in it. As well, another hole drilled through the front. Fretwork pieces beneath the lid butchered to accomodate the Columbia motor. All drawer clips gone. A couple impressive gouges on the corners. Veneer issues on the lid. Those were the main issues. I passed on it. I suppose if you are wanting to complete a machine, you may be able to rescue a couple things.
Jerry- thanks for shopping in my neck of the woods.
