Just saw this machine lusted in an estate sale. It is a Victor model that I have never seen before. Can anyone help identify this model and its value?

Hi Rich,
I suspect that this started life as a rather deluxe radio. I think that someone has fitted a Victrola into a gutted radio cabinet. Lets hear from other members to see what they think it is.

Since the decorative molding behind the motor board appears to be a different color and out of place.....I would have to agree with Pete. This is a pieced together unit that did not start out this way.
Value is a personal thing. It all depends on if "you" like it.

It looks like they put the inside of the lid of a Victrola in the place where the radio's speaker went. Where is the horn?
This looks like a radio converted to a phonograph stacked on top of a completely different radio.

It started out as a Zenith 40A, radio/phono

There are some you-tubes of a 40-A, I believe...

I would be very curious to see what arrangements have been made for a horn inside.
