This is a complete adapter to play 78s on an Edison Diamond Disc player. The gold is worn, but I have had good luck using gold spray paint to restore this sort of thing. Someone here suggested gold Rub-N-Buff works well too.
The reproducer needs to have new gaskets. The arm joints all move freely.
