As you folks may know, Jerry B. Gave me this phonograph and just recently I got the motor back from the shop (Jerry brought that too). Here are some (low quality) photos of it and a video I made (

A very interesting machine, I have never seen one. The sound is quite good. I am guessing your playing a electrical recording since it has quite a bit of bass? The machine it self would be from the acoustic period wouldn't it?

Yes, it would be from the acoustic era, though I am not sure of the year. It does play very well.

I is a neat switch. It also has a volume control rod on the same side which pulls a wooden block into the middle of the sound tubing in the machine. Due to the design, there is a sound leak into the cabinet. There is a decorative cut in front of the turntable which actually lets some of that "lost" sound be heard. Perhaps that was part of the design...

Thanks! You can thank Wyatt Markus for the sound and Cliff fro the working motor. And Jerry, of course.

This is a different model of Premier. I'm trying to find a manual, if anyone knows where I can find one, I'd be grateful.

I don't have one, but would love to get a copy too if you find it!
