I came across this beautiful Edison Diamond Disc dance tune that was recently uploaded on Youtube, "Saw mill river road" by the Atlantic Dance Orchestra. Edison dance records of the 20s frequently feature "in-your-face" banjo accompaniment. The banjo on this one is especially prominent. The saxophone and banjo segments of the song are breathtaking!

Hey, thats a great tune there. Those banjos give a nice syncopation (if that's the right word) to the arrangement. This song also really reminds me of another one..but I can't put my finger on it at the moment. I love it. Thanks for posting the link Rocky.
