One of the first sides released from what appears to have been Whiteman's first electrical Victor session of 6 May 1925. At first this recording (backed with 'Just a little drink') was to be issued on Victor 19659, but for whatever reason, that idea was scrapped, and the same coupling then appeared on 19666.

Matrix BVE.32573-4; transferred at 76.6 rpm.

Great fun tune and also nice to hear an early electrical recording of this great band. Its surprising how good even the very early electricals sounded.
