i found this as a brittish auction listing
could it be a custom job by the edison boys it looks very well done!

I've seen blue Gem knock-offs made my Pathé sold in France.

Many years ago,when I first started collecting I met a fellow collector who made me a new lid for my Columbia BC. When I went to collect it he showed me a 'blue' Gem that he had painted for fun. Could it be the same Gem?
