There seems to be little info on this machine.
Does anyone know who built it and when?

Radior was a French company that issued discs (Radior label, hill-and-dale) and gramophones like the one shown above.

Hi, if you look at my posting under French Merrophone it would appear to use the same turntable .

the first type of radior phonograph was with the use of a cone like the Pathé disfuser machines either they didn't sell or Pathé sued radior for infingement the later machines all had the typical portruding horn on the case the hight of the horn may differ in some cases its lower onto the case wile in other cases its quit high above
the first ones with a horn had a aluminium horn with a very high cone shape i have seen this version in Rüdesheim about 10 years ago sadly i had no camera in that time but the same is shown in an advertisement the most common seen radiors seem to be of the 3rd type

The diffusor was only introduced in 1924, one year after the horn type, see drawing of "Modele 1924":

Very interesting machine indeed. In a way it reminds me of the Pathé Jeunesse, or rather an horizontal version of it!
What is the value of a good working example?

About $500 in excellent condition. (Surely not the amputated model from German ebay at the top.)

i'm a phono geek and i know a lot but you can't expect everybody to know everything and then to start off with a ''certainly not.'' is slightly offending i like everybody else on this forum am keen to learn the intimate details of the phonographic history and since i got a scientific view i don't mind being wrong its data i want my personal view doesn't matter
you could have started of with i'm sorry mr van der zwan but... sounds better than ''certainly not.''

anyway thank you nevertheless for the data i will incorporate it in into my archive
