The Talking Machine Forum — For All Antique Phonographs & Recordings

I am working on a Kameraphone that seems to work OK except the weights on the governor hit the spindle when it gets up to speed. The weights appear to be very large, much like the later Victrola motors have. The governor springs seem to be a bit flimsy, too, for these heavy weights. Can anyone show me what the governor is supposed to look like on a Kameraphone? I have a bunch of weights and springs, just looking for the right ones. Thanks! Cliff
