Help identifying upright

Can anyone help me identify this machine? (Not much to go on but these pictures.)
Just another ~$75 off-brand upright?

Looks like it could be a Starr phonograph. Can you show a picture of the sound box?

I'm not sure of the maker, but the picture in the bottom left on the wall is definitely my 3rd grade picture 1976-77! How did it get there?

I do not think it is a Starr. It looks like a fairly generic off-brand, but a very attractive one.
