The last one I followed was at an Auction in 2012 in Germany, where it did not reach its reserve of 3000 euro - so the 16K being asked may be a little unrealistic?

I agree and would say completely unrealistic, you could divide by ten and still would not be a fast seller. Not many collectors would even have room (especially in Europe) for such portentous cabinet. The electric motor poses an additional challenge, if it has not been overhauled - and that costs money - it would be very risky to plug it to the wall without an extinguisher on the side. Having said that, it is a magnificent piece.
