Group of Edison Sonora Phonographs

Post by audiophile102 »

I'm used to seeing Victrola used as a generic term for all phonographs, but this one was laughable and unusual. The idea of bundling three machines is quite an idea too. See what you think.

Not bad machines, but all three together are not worth the asking price

Interesting ( to me ) that both Victors are "fat-arm" machines, but are both equipped with Exhibition sound-boxes.

I'm used to seeing Victor #2 sound-boxes on the fat-arm.

The listing originally included a couple of Edison cylinder machines, which appear to have been sold.
