Another Coin Operated Phonograph.

This one is in Chapel Hill NC. I think Rene Rondeau owns one.


This would be, a cool item to have.

Actually, lots of us own one. ;) The BS is a relatively common coin-op, but a really fun one.

The eBay one appears to be pretty exceptional. The only detail which isn't quite right is the horn. That appears to be an original 10" nickel horn, as used on Type B Graphophones, but the correct BS horn was 13" and has a unique elbow only used on Columbia coin-ops.

But whoever ends up with this one will surely be happy. You don't often see them so original.
