Mighty good looking C-19 even if it is too expensive.

Good looking machine plus it's being sold by a Forum member. I could get it to Union or APS for a little diesel money. Jerry B.

Yep, it is the same machine. The diamond in the rough is now a polished gem. I'm very happy the way it turned out.

Not really too expensive for a nice example, and this seems to be one. (Would be nice if it had grill cloth however.)

I do not think it is outrageously priced for this model, in oak, that is ready to move right into the parlor and enjoy...

I spent about the same on a nice oak C-19 from a fellow forum member here in the east about two years ago... and felt we'd both done okay.

Wrong side of the Continent for me, but $400 or so for this oak beauty is none too much. No more Mahogany for me, unless it's free or a small cylinder machine.

(Cliff- didn't make this available to us, before Ebay? )

Cliff -

Were there any traces of grille-cloth left on the back-side of the grille ?

If so, what color ?

There was a tacky red cloth tacked onto the back of the grill, no trace of any other. I have some golden bronze silk for grill cloth, should make a good match to the oak finish. I'll post pictures when the glue dries. Cliff
