Rarely found late electrically recorded hot dance titles on Edison Diamond Disc by one of the ABSOLUTE BEST dance bands of the late 1920's that recorded for Edison: Piccadilly Players.

This one features two fabulous Fox Trot (dance) tunes on Edison Diamond Disc #52327, "You're Just A Great Big Baby Doll" and "Just A Little Bit O' Driftwood" by the Piccadilly Players.

If you've ever listened to ANY SELECTION on Edison by The Piccadilly Players you'll know what I mean when I tell you that their recorded material on Edison is simply fabulous.

Both sides were recorded in May 1928 and feature wonderful vocals by "Happy" Jack Parker. Both sides are in shiny nice condition and play well. Driftwood side does have one stressed groove at the very end of play that hisses and plays through fine on one of my Edison A-250 phonographs.
