cleaning Green off brass

I have a large black and brass horn, aprox 36 inches. The bell is very oxidized, almost brown in color. A look I like. Problem is that about 25% of the brass bell has a green corrosion on it.
Is there a way to remove the green and leave the bell its oxidized brown . I don't wanna remove the green if its going to polish that area.
