Paul,

Check out the truesound link in this thread http://forum.talkingmachine.info/viewto ... f=2&t=2425 YOu can open an excel file that has a fairly comprehensive discography.

If you don't have excel, post back and I'll, or one of us will look it up for you.

Paul,

If you've got a scanner, you can scan another label and send it to the paint shop part in your computer, then just spray paint over the existing title info.
I printed out a few blanks and just hand-wrote the info on them for now.
If & when I get the time, I'll experiment with different fonts & print out some more professional looking labels.
They look a bit daggy at the moment, but not as bad as a big brown circle with no information at all.

Paul,

Go download OpenOffice—it’s free, and can open Microsoft Office formats (e.g., Excel spreadsheets).

I believe that I already have high-resolution scans of that particular Edison label—when I have some time (probably not for a few days at the earliest), I’ll take a look at making a replacement label; with my font collection it should be quite easy to get an exact replica of it for you.

Do you have a decent printer (to print it yourself) or do you have a copy shop near you?

If so, when I get that done, I can provide a file that you or the copy shop could print.
