FDR Speech Record

I just recently got Columbia red record of FDR's Day of infamy speech. It is dated Dec 8, 1941. Did this record have a matching sleeve? Or was it a typical Columbia sleeve?

Wasn't the speech within a day of Pearl Harbor in 1941 not 1942?
