My buddy called me today and told me the sad news.
Marty was probably the premier music box collector in the US, maybe the world...

Yes, when I learned about this it just made me sick and I still am. Marty and Elise are wonderful people and pillars of their community. I can't believe he's gone so tragically. My heart goes out to Elise and their family and friends. I wish Elise a thorough and speedy recovery from her injuries.

John M----- Is this the same man who was affiliated with Mechantiques? If it is, nothing I can say could come close to the sorrow I feel. Michael Would you have his familys' address so I can express my feelings personally?

Yes, Mike -- same Marty. I don't have an address per se, but their business address and phone number is on the mechantiques website.

Thank you, John-----I was just contacted with his home address, and will send my condolences when his wife eventually arrives to her residence. He was a good man when he was with us,and I trust and hope he is in peace. Michael
