Hey everybody, happy new year.

I am in need of a few parts, go figure.

Firstly, I am looking for two door knobs for my VV 8-12. My record storage door knobs had been replaced with wood knobs before I acquired the machine and I want to make it original.

Second thing I'm looking for is a nickel-plated Sonora turntable brake. The one my machine came with was worn to the point of non-functionality, as it would simply bind up where it was supposed to have the components slide past each other. No amount of reshaping and filing seemed to help, and I eventually bent the whole mechanism in half like a straw in a fit of rage.

Let me know what you have to offer, and what you want for it.

EDIT: Here is the brake I need.

Is there a chance that you could post a picture of the brake you are looking for?

Mine is gone, twisted up and tossed out. If you have a picture, though, I would be able to tell you if it's gonna be correct.

I will have to do some digging. It might take me a few days.
