Does a Triumph machine take a regular cygnet horn set up that fits firesides or home machines, or is it a bigger bracket, crane, and horn?

The #10 (ten panel) Cygnet is good for the Fireside, Standard, and Home. The #11 (eleven panel) Cygnet is intended for the Triumph, Idealia, and Alva. Both sizes came in black or wood grained oak or mahogany. The wood horn Cygnets, either oak or mahogany, were a one size fits all. Jerry

Jerry's right.
In addition, the crane bracket and rods are the same
except for the lower rod, which is about an inch or so taller for the Triumph. Ron Sitko sells these, which is a good thing because original Triumph lower rods are tough to find.
