I would really like to get my hands on some Cohan records, such as “Yankee Doodle Dandy”, “Over There”, and “You're a Grand Old Flag”

No, not performed by himself... just records with music he composed, especially the titles above...

Caruso did a version of "Over There" as a patriotic gesture during WWI. It's listed in Moses as Victor Red Seal 87294. I don't own this one, but I've heard it. Caruso's Italian-accented English is quite amusing!

Billy Murray recorded "You're A Grand Old Flag"and "Yankee Doodle Boy".Unfortunately,Cohan himself didn't.I have him singing"Life's A Funny Proposition"on Victor purple seal.edisonplayer
