eBay has developed a new system(for their arcane reasons) that fails to recognize certain listings and their associated keywords. For example, I have listed a Columbia AG concert cylinder phonograph, and if you do a search under phonographs, it will not show up. Further refining the search, i.e. adding keywords "Columbia" or "Concert" still ignore the listing.

The reason for this, as best as I can figure out, is that eBay ostensibly designates many of my listings as "duplicate listings" and thus effectively blacklists them. I believe it is because I often cancel fixed-priced listings when I have an outside deal working, which occurs much more often than not. Whatever the reason, it is their business and after 18 years I just try to use them for what they are worth, which to me is a cheap advertising medium.

That being said, the listing for the AG is out there, and although I usually do not use the Forum to promote my offerings, this one is exceptional and bears scrutiny by serious collectors, albeit those with a big enough house to accommodate it. Take a look:

I will work with any Forum member regarding setting up a deal and delivery that will put this in a happy home, rather than my overstuffed warehouse where it is unused and under-appreciated.
