Reproducer Resident - Moth Issue

Just acquired a barn find, an Edison model H reproducer. It seemed to work OK but the volume was very low. I thought the diaphragm was damaged, so I took it apart and discovered there was a guest in the diaphragm chamber. It worked fine after I evicted the squatter.

I sympathize. The reproducer shown here is mine.

I had the exact same issue! There were also a few tiny flies as well.

I had the same exact thing in my Amberola 75... The reproducer was all muffled.. I rebuilt the reproducer and I actually found half a dead moth and some HAY inside..

Worked much better after the rebuild!
