Good ol' Billy Murray! Most recordings of popular music in 1909 were quite serious in nature. What a breath of fresh air Billy must have been.

I am not sure John. Did we have an Anything Victor theme meeting? I will certainly bring this record along and someone else can bring a case of Bud !!Glad you liked it, it certainly is a fun tune with great lyrics. Take a look at this. Someone is selling a copy of the original Sheet Music on Ebay.

That is one of my favorite billy murray songs! I am desperately looking for a 2 minute cylinder of it! They don't seem to turn up often!!
