WANTED: Graphophone BGT Back Bracket Mold/ Dimensions/ Etc.
Posted: Wed Feb 17, 2016 9:05 pm
During summer 2015 I bought a nice BGT that was missing the back bracket assembly and horn, but miraculously retained the two original tonearm pieces that connect to the reproducer. My friend David and I did a little horse trading and he wound up (puns anyone?) with the BGT.
He already had a 9 panel nickel horn and thanks to Croakinfrog we acquired a tonearm. All the BGT needs now is the elusive back bracket.
I know a few members of the forum have BGTs so this ad is first and foremost a request for precise dimensions and if at all possible a mold of the back bracket. I will happily pay for supplies and time for anyone able to make us a mold. David's eager to have the BGT displayed alongside his other rear mounts.
If by chance someone has an actual back bracket, we'll we'd love to hear from you!
