Is there a Phonograph Museum in Paris

Hi All,
My wife and I are going to France this spring and will have June 6 free. I would if possible like to see if there is a Phonograph Museum I might visit. The trip among other things will visit Normandy so we can see, Omaha beach, where Leslie's uncle Peter Hanson landed. I hear from Leslie that she wants use to walk around Paris and that is likely what we will do. I am going to check with google about a museum but I thought some one on the forum might have some input from experience.
Thank you all kindly,
Allen

Here are some pictures. I hope the museum isn't forced to close before your trip.

Rene,
Is there some reason it might be closing?
This is definitely worth seeing if you visit Paris... I was there in 2014...

See this post I made recently. The museum needs help. I've made a donation, and I know at least one other forum member made a substantial donation as well. But the total is still only at 50%.

Hi All,
The first after noon we had free was a Tues. and we arrived at about 2pm to find that the museum was open Thursday through I think Sunday. Unfortunately we were to leave on Thursday morning. I had the address but not a phone number with me so I could not try to contact Jalal Aro. I was like a kid with 10 cents burning a hole in his pocket looking in on a closed candy store circa 1945. I do not think we will get back to Paris but if we do I know where I want to go first.
The rain had caused the rivers to rise to the point that stopped Viking River Ships (they could not get under the bridges on the Roan) but thank god we were on the smallest of all the Grand Circle Ships and made it under all but the last bridge on our itinerary. I understood when we were there that 30 to 70% of planned trips were canceled after the last incident in Paris so at least one of the GC Ships was not in use.
In Paris some of the Museums were closed one or more days due to the high water but we managed to see all that we had planed including the famous Monet's Water Gardens in Giverny full of the famous Lature-Marliac Hybrids, though it was closed the day we were to visit it opened the following day.
We took the train to Normandy to see Omaha beach where Leslie's Uncle Benjamin Peter Hanson landed with the 29 Division, an Army National Guard unit, that I joined in 1955 or 56. Uncle Peter would not speak of the landing simply saying it was not something he wanted to talk about.
Best to all,
Allen

Allen,
Glad you got to see Giverny and Omaha Beach... both great places to visit for obviously different reasons. My uncle landed in Normandy with the 6th or 7th wave and NEVER mentioned it until the 50th anniversary, when he finally told his family... absolutely horrific for those who were there. That being said, if this was anywhere else in the world, it would be a high end resort... beautiful, wide beach.

There is a hotel or more at the beach but it rains frequently in Normandy and that may be why the south of France is favored as beach resorts. They also have large variations in the width of the beach with tides.
