Early MANHATTAN RECORD Grand Opera Series...Arthur Collins??

I've owned this 12 inch * MANHATTAN RECORD * GRAND OPERA SERIES * single-sided record for many years (along with many 10 inch MANHATTAN RECORD label records) and always laugh (well...grin, anyway) whenever I see this particular label.
This recording, "I'm Going Right Back To Chicago" by early comic, Arthur Collins, is not even close....make that LIGHT-YEARS from resembling a Grand Opera recording.
Among other oddities, I've always been interested in goof ups on record labels and, in this instance, with someone placing the wrong label type on a record.
I can imagine the employee(s) in charge of the labeling process that day presuming it was indeed a * Grand Opera Series * recording and went ahead with it. "Let's see now...ahhh...this is a 12 inch...got to have the Grand Opera label for this one...there we go. What's next..." No one afterward caught the mistake (or cared enough to change it!).
