I got this XVI today. I am pretty excited! The only labels I could find were under the motorboard and one inside the cabinet. They do not describe the finish. I have another Walnut machine, but the grain is pretty simple compared to this one. So does anyone have an opinion whether it is American Walnut or Circassian Walnut? Thanks.

This American Walnut cabinet certainly rivals one with Circassion Walnut. I have a Victrola VV-130 that also has this
veener, they are stunning.
