Good repair person in Pennsylvania

I am looking for a qualified person to possibly clean/lubricate my Victor Talking Machine, and I don't want to ship it. As a result, I was looking for people in Pennsylvania or eastern Ohio. Any recommendations ?

Nothing was mentioned about someone making house calls. I'm sure that you will have to take the machine, or at least the part to be repaired to him...

I'm in the Western PA area; not an official repair person but I have done motor rebuilds and servicing in the past.
