"A museum-quality extremely fine piece of phonograph history. 300a Bluebird Talking Machine S/N 150. made in Los Angeles California. solid mahogany. truly Exquisite piece. can't find another listed on the internet in the world. (which obviously makes this a one of a kind treasure... )"

Attractive case, might be worth $100 to $200 depending on the condition. Very pretty grille.

You beat me to the punch. If the seller takes away 4 of the 0's, then the price will be fair. I do think it is an attractive off-brand machine. One little detail that I did notice: the Bluebird decal on the lid looks very similar to the early Bluebird label by Victor. Did anyone else notice this?

I have several of the BlueBird records made by this company. It's the same bird as on the machine. No affiliation with RCA Victor as this company predates the Victor Bluebird records by a decade.

Interesting machine, and indeed extremely rare, but in this case rarity doesn't really translate into $$$ as it shares parts with other regional makes like Mandel, Cheney, etc.

Here's an example of the non-RCA related Blue Bird record label.
