Decent Diamond Disc B275 (Sheraton w/inlay) on Boston CL

Not mine, but I went to look at it today. Inlay is 100% intact. Will need a new stylus. Some warped veneer and a dry outside finish. Crank mech has a bad ratchet pawl that needs to be replaced ASAP. Still, these don't come around every day. This is closer in size to a Chippendale than to the later S-19. Needs the usual oil and grease, but seems to run well as is. Might make a nice project for someone.

Somebody should nab this. A few problems but the price is certainly right. Much rarer than it's slightly less expensive cousin the Chippendale.

Very nice machine, The A's and B models are very classy. It does look like the stylus may have issues after looking at the record but it certainly is a nice looking machine.

I tested it on a record and it is marking slightly. You could possibly get by with it or use it only on worn records, but I would definitely change it.

Is there any chance of this machine coming to Union?

It's a nice looking model... I like this version more than the S-19 Sheraton that was my first Diamond
Disc player.
